Most failed cPanel moves do not fail in the Transfer Tool. They fail the morning after: a site that needed PHP 7.4, a WordPress plugin that needed the ionCube loader, a view whose DEFINER user does not exist on the new server, or a customer domain that was already parked on the destination. This cPanel migration preflight runs on the source server, reads the same facts from the destination over one SSH session, and prints a go/no-go report you can fix line by line before you queue a single account.

We run it when the destination is built, to drive its EasyApache profile, and again on moving day with the exact account list.
