How an automation project works
- Scoping: we agree what the automation must do, how it will be run and what counts as done.
- Build: scripts or pipelines are written in a repository you control, with configuration kept out of the code.
- Testing: everything is tested on a staging server or a copy of production data first.
- Handover: documentation and a short walkthrough so your team can run and change it without us.
Typical projects include account provisioning, deployment pipelines for WordPress and PHP applications, off-site backups to S3-compatible storage, and monitoring with Uptime Kuma, Zabbix or Netdata.
