Server Management
Monthly care for cPanel, DirectAdmin and plain Linux servers: updates, monitoring, backups verified, and a human who answers when something breaks.
What’s included
- Security and kernel updates applied on a schedule, with a rollback plan
- Uptime, load, disk and mail-queue monitoring with alerting
- Backups checked by restoring them, not just by looking at the log
- cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed and Imunify tuned and kept current
- Monthly report of what changed and what to plan for
Pricing
Best for hosting companies and agencies that run their own servers but don’t want to be the on-call engineer. Quoted per server per month.
All prices are in USD. Payment by card, bank transfer or Payoneer, with a proper invoice for every engagement.
How server management works
- Onboarding audit: we review the current configuration, backups, monitoring and security settings and write down what needs fixing first.
- Baseline: monitoring and alerting are connected, backups are tested with a real restore, and a maintenance window is agreed.
- Ongoing care: updates are applied on schedule with a rollback plan, alerts are handled, and panel, PHP and database versions are kept supported.
- Monthly report: a short summary of what changed, what failed and what to plan for next.
Application code, website design and content changes are not part of server management, but we will tell you when a site problem is caused by the application rather than the server. Emergencies outside the agreed scope are quoted before any work starts.
