Where these formats appear
Integer form is how MySQL INET_ATON(), many GeoIP databases and some firewall logs store IPv4 addresses. Hex appears in packet captures and /proc/net files on Linux. IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses (::ffff:a.b.c.d) show up in web server and application logs when a dual-stack socket accepts an IPv4 connection.
NAT64 addresses under 64:ff9b::/96 are used by IPv6-only networks to reach IPv4 servers, and the in-addr.arpa name is what you query for a PTR record or delegate to a customer for reverse DNS.
