Turn your logo into a BIMI-ready SVG and get the exact DNS record to publish. Enter your domain and your SVG logo: the tool converts it to the SVG Tiny PS profile that BIMI requires, fixes the common problems for you, writes the default._bimi TXT record and checks whether your DMARC policy is ready. The logo is processed in your browser; only the domain is looked up.
How to set up BIMI in four steps
- Get DMARC to enforcement:
p=quarantineorp=reject, nopctbelow 100, and SPF and DKIM passing for every service that sends as your domain. Check it with the DMARC checker. - Generate the logo here and download
logo.svg. Upload it to your site, for examplehttps://example.com/bimi/logo.svg. It must load over HTTPS without a login. - Add the TXT record at
default._bimi.example.comwith the value shown by the tool. - Optional but needed for Gmail and Apple Mail: buy a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC) or Common Mark Certificate (CMC), upload the .pem file and add it to the record as
a=https://…/vmc.pem.
What the generator fixes in your SVG
- Sets
version="1.2"andbaseProfile="tiny-ps"on the root element. - Adds a
<title>with your brand name. - Makes the canvas square by centring the logo, and removes
x,y,widthandheightfrom the root element. - Removes scripts, embedded raster images, animation, links, event handlers and editor-only data from Inkscape, Illustrator or Sketch.
- Flags what it cannot fix safely: CSS
<style>blocks, clipping paths, masks, filters and patterns. Re-export those parts from your design tool with presentation attributes.
After publishing, run the BIMI checker to confirm the record, the logo file and DMARC from the outside.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a VMC to use BIMI?
No, but Gmail and Apple Mail only show the logo when the record points to a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC) or, for Gmail, a Common Mark Certificate (CMC). Yahoo and some other providers can show it without one. Without a certificate, publish the record with an empty a= tag.
Why is my logo not showing even though the record is correct?
The usual causes are DMARC not at enforcement, a pct below 100, SPF or DKIM failing for some mail, a logo that is not SVG Tiny PS, a logo URL that redirects or needs a login, or missing a VMC for Gmail. Providers also cache results, so allow a few days.
Can I upload a PNG?
No. BIMI only accepts SVG. Export your logo as SVG from your design tool, ideally as simple shapes with a solid background, and run it through this generator.
Is my logo uploaded to srvScripts?
No. The conversion runs in your browser. Only the domain name is sent to our server so it can look up your DMARC and existing BIMI records.
