IP or Domain Blacklisted? Blacklist Removal Service

We stop the cause, request removal at every list that accepts it, and recheck after 48 hours: $69.

Short answer: a blacklist listing (Spamhaus, Spamcop, Barracuda, UCEPROTECT and others) means a list operator saw spam or abuse from your IP address or domain. Asking for removal without stopping the cause gets you listed again within days. Our Blacklist removal service finds and stops the cause, files removal requests at every list that accepts them, and rechecks 48 hours later, for a fixed $69.

Signs this is your problem

  • Bounces quote a blocklist, for example 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host blocked using Spamhaus or a Barracuda reputation reject.
  • Outlook.com rejects with S3150 or 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [IP] weren't sent.
  • Our IP blacklist check shows your mail server IP or domain on one or more lists.
  • Your server suddenly sent thousands of messages, or the mail queue filled with bounces to addresses you do not know.

What we do

  1. Check the IP and domain against the major lists and read each listing reason, because the reason tells you what to fix.
  2. Find the source on the server: a compromised mailbox password, a hacked contact form or PHP mailer script, an open relay, or a customer sending bulk mail.
  3. Stop it: lock the account, remove the script, clear spam from the queue, and set outbound limits so one account cannot send thousands of messages again.
  4. File removal requests at every list that offers them, and use the provider portals for Microsoft and others.
  5. Recheck after 48 hours and send you a written report: cause, what we changed, which lists cleared, and anything still pending.

Lists that work differently

ListHow removal works
Spamhaus XBL and CSSSelf-service removal on the Spamhaus lookup page once the cause is fixed. Repeat listings are slower to clear.
Spamhaus SBL and DBLReviewed by Spamhaus staff through a removal ticket. SBL listings often name the network owner, so your host may need to reply as well.
Spamhaus PBLNot a spam listing: the IP is marked as one that should not send mail directly. A real mail server with correct reverse DNS can be removed; a home or dynamic IP should send through a relay instead.
SpamcopExpires on its own about 24 hours after the spam stops. There is no removal form.
BarracudaRemoval request form; usually processed within a day.
UCEPROTECT levels 2 and 3These list whole networks or providers, not your IP. They expire on their own, and only your provider can fix the cause. We do not pay express delisting fees.
Microsoft (Outlook.com)Delisting portal plus SNDS and JMRP for ongoing visibility.

List operators make their own decisions. If the listed steps are done and a provider still refuses, that part is refunded under the refund policy.

What is included and what is not

  • Included: one IP address or one domain, cause found and stopped, removal requests, and a 48-hour follow-up check.
  • Not included: cleaning a hacked website that caused the spam (that is the hacked site cleanup), setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC (the email deliverability fix), or listings of a whole provider network.

What we need from you

  • The listed IP address or domain, and a bounce message if you have one.
  • Access to the mail server: a temporary SSH key or panel login. Never send passwords by email or in the order form.
  • Permission to suspend a mailbox or script that is sending spam while we investigate.

Prefer to do it yourself?

Start with the IP blacklist check and the guides Spamhaus 550 5.7.1 blocked, find the source of outgoing spam on cPanel and Exim outbound mail limits in WHM. The uptime, SSL and blacklist monitor emails you if the IP is listed again.

Frequently asked questions

Can you remove my IP from every blacklist?

We file removal at every list that accepts requests. Some lists, such as Spamcop and UCEPROTECT levels 2 and 3, expire on their own and cannot be cleared by request. We tell you which ones are in that group and when they should clear.

How long does delisting take?

Most lists clear within hours to one day once the cause is stopped. Repeat listings and some providers take longer. We recheck after 48 hours and include the result in the report.

Do you pay for express delisting?

No. We do not pay delisting fees; paying does not stop the spam, and fixing the cause is what keeps the IP off the lists.

My domain is listed, not my IP. Is that covered?

Yes. Domain listings such as the Spamhaus DBL are usually caused by a compromised website or links in spam. We find the cause and request removal. If the site itself is hacked, the cleanup is a separate service.

What if it gets listed again?

If the same problem comes back within 14 days because of something we did, we fix it again at no charge, as stated in the refund policy. A new spam source that appears later, such as another leaked password, is a new job.
