How it works
- Choose the fix and tell us what is wrong. If you came from one of our tests, the problems it found are already filled in.
- Pay once with PayPal or a debit or credit card through PayPal. Prices are in USD and include everything listed on the card.
- We reply within one business day (four business hours with priority start). Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm New York time (ET). If we need access, we ask for a temporary SSH key or a panel login that you can revoke afterwards.
- We fix it, retest and send a short written report of every change, so you or your next admin know exactly what was done.
Why get it fixed with srvScripts
Most of these problems take an experienced admin minutes to diagnose and hours to learn. Mailbox providers have tightened their rules: Google’s email sender guidelines now expect SPF, DKIM and DMARC on domains that send in volume, and one missing record can push invoices and password resets into spam. Expired certificates, redirect loops and blacklisted IPs cost sales in the same quiet way.
When you get it fixed with us, a working server administrator does the job, not a ticket bot. You see the price before anything starts, you control the access and can revoke it, and you get a written report of every change. If part of the fix is something only your provider can change, such as reverse DNS, we tell you exactly what to ask for and refund the part we could not deliver.

What if you cannot fix it?
You get a full refund. Some things are outside anyone’s control except your provider’s, such as the reverse DNS of an IP address or a blacklist that only the list owner can clear. In that case we tell you exactly what to ask for, and if the paid scope cannot be delivered we refund it. Details are in the refund policy.
Do I have to share my password?
No. Never send passwords by email or in the order form. For server work we ask for a temporary SSH key or a panel login that you create for us and remove when the job is done. DNS fixes can often be done by sending you the exact records to add.
What if the job turns out bigger?
We stop and tell you before doing anything outside the paid scope. Extra work is only done with your written OK, at the hourly rate shown above or as a fixed quote. Larger projects such as monthly management or full migrations are on the services page.
